[ QUOTE ]
fold preflop fold flop. Simple imo. All you beat is a bluff and a draw (and most likely by not much). What do you expect him to show up with here? edit: and the c/r is debatable imo. Lead the flop or c/c. [/ QUOTE ] i disagree. preflop is an ez call (lol minraise). alot of people seem to be way too nitty oop. position is important, especially deep, but for a minraise definitely call with such a playable hand. on the flop i think your pot sized reraise was a mistake. you might aswell have done it with air, since villain is only not folding if they want to bluff or have a better hand. minraise or call, depending on on metagame. as it is, fold to his reraise, he may be aggro, but you havent comitted too many chips, and you are only beating a bluff. |

hmmm interesting.
tmcdmck - his pf raise was 3xBB I would like some reads on villain PF, turn & river behavior. Since you have a decent little hand with SD value but that can't stand too much heat, it's not a good idea to fight for it on the flop, being villain an "aggro monkey on the flop". Obv if he's aggro monkey on all streets things are different... |

god damn i suck at reading HHs correctly today. for that sort of raise i would probably call anyway, but fold preflop suddenly becomes the sensible option.
