If villain had air and put you on air, he would likely bluff a smaller amount as it would accomplish the same goal. I think this is absolutely key to the whole hand, he knows im either very strong or very weak and still overbet pushes river. This only makes sense if he wants to be called.

Some people mentioned earlier in the thread that my flop raise was bad and i think this may be true as it really defines my range as set or air\draw. Do most advocate calling on flop and seeing what develops despite the risk of letting in drawing hands cheap ?
