Standard Push?
I decided to sit in a $0.10/$0.25 game with $15 just to see how I would get on. This is the first hand i have raised I have been getting blinded out up until now. Is this just a standard push against a loose short stacking villain?

Re: Standard Push?
Sorry should have stated that villain sat down with $7.50 and doubled up early on moving in with pocket sixes pre flop

Re: Standard Push?
This is a pretty standard shove, villian wont fold very often but factoring in those few times he does makes this push +EV imo

Re: Standard Push?
are you afraid to lose money?
do you dislike money? if not, rebuy preflop other than that super standard |

Re: Standard Push?
Standard push imo. You should not be playing with scared monies tough. If you want to take a shot at higher limits, you should just save up one BI, that you can lose and won't affect your BR.

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah i was thinking about doing this. I have played $0.10/$0.25 before full buy in and have shown a profit every time i played. This time when I sat down with my $15 I left with $51 in around 150 hands but i only played premium hands and got lucky on this hand. |

Re: Standard Push?
now calculate your session with a full buyin, you would have shown much more profit
