Both times prior, I was beat by a higher flush. Now it looks like even KJ might have me. Do I fold here? Is flush-over-flush all that rare in unraised pots?

You could definitely be beat and in fact will be a decent amount of the time but this is still a call and not a crying one either. I expect you win more than lose. Also, don't worry about flush over flush unless you are playing Omaha.

Yeah definitely snap call here. V will show up with a higher flush and a boat a decent amount of the time here but I also think a Kx and a smaller flush will also show up more often.
