Why are most offensive lineman white and defensive lineman black?

I think the premise of the OP is flawed. I think the only positions this is really true for is centre and that's obviously because white people are smarter.

This is quite simple. The (black) OL get to beat the **** out of the (white) quarterback. While of course his (white) homies have to defend him. Notice that only on of McNabbs OL is white.

[/ QUOTE ]Yeah, there is an issue here. I assume in all these cases that college coaches are just racist, not anyone specifically, and once someone gets to the NFL it's usually not the case that they will be moved to a position like center.

Most of the top LTs are incredibly athletic for their size.
