You are probably confused because most wasabi in the US is actally horseraddish thats been colored green. [/ QUOTE ] It's not wasabi it just tastes like it. They call it a mild peppercorn sauce which sounds good but trust me it's not.

I thought about going back and asking for it without the peppercorn sauce, because then it's just prime rib, sauteed onions, and mozzarella(how could that taste bad?). Maybe you guys could be my guinea pigs.

IMHO the best sub there is the Mesquite chicken w/ bacon w/ mozzorella (sp?) and the turkey bacon guacamole is a good second. The traditional is also very good.
