Pair + Flush Draw strong enough to push?
Villain is the reason I'm at this table, running 40/21/2 over 100 hands. No real reads.

Re: Pair + Flush Draw strong enough to push?
id shove, it makes u seem aggro, u have great equity even if u dont have much fold equity, i doubt he is raising this big with a set.

Re: Pair + Flush Draw strong enough to push?
i would shove here. he will be bluffing alot and you hardly need any FE as you are basically flipping with his calling range

Re: Pair + Flush Draw strong enough to push?
Depends on you really... how much do you like variance and to gamble? At the minute you have hardly anything invested in the pot so a fold is not out of the question. Normally I would shove as you have decent equity in the hand and decent fold equity. However in this case it's difficult to imagine you have any fold equity given the size of his raise and your flush outs may not even be good, so I would fold this one.

For 100bb, sure. 150bb? Hmm. Borderline imo.

Re: Pair + Flush Draw strong enough to push?
lol i saw an almost identical hand at 1/2 today.. c/raiser was like 36/23/2 and did this with just an open ender against the pfraiser's bottom pair and flush draw.. since i don't think 67, j9, or 79 can be ruled out against this type of player and since we have good equity v everything but a set, i think i get it in here.
oh and do you have any flop check raises on the hands you have on him btw? |
