I don't think there is too much that you are ahead of. Based on his stats he is really loose but his raising range is fairly tight. I don't know if I would reraise the flop against such a tight UTG raiser. After the shove I probably put him on 33,44,AA, or KK. Maybe QQ but that's less likely since you have a Q.

Don't raise this. For 2.65 he's already pricing himself out of draws. If he's behind you, he's valuebetting himself (and he probably folds most hands behind you to a raise anyway). If you raise, you're just setting yourself up for a tough hand, because if he calls, now you're playing a bloated pot with TPTK and a lot of scare cards in the deck. And if he shoves...you have to fold TPTK.
