Please remember that scientist and astronomers have called this coincidence "improbable" or "stellar" long before I did. They are the ones who prompted me to even think about this.

Frankly I'm a little dissapointed that people here are claiming its not that much of coincidence at all. I suppose everyone has their own paradigm.

As far as my definition of "exactly". I guess I will define it the same way I believe scientists and astronomers do when they use that word to describe a total solar eclipse. The disc of the moon exactly covers the disc of the sun when it prevents an earthbound observer from seeing any part of the surface of the sun, but does not prevent and earth bound observer from seeing features emanating from the surface of the sun(i.e. corona, prominences, etc).
