He has called all my pf raises and shown down some completely trash hands. He had been throwing these huge bets in on the flop after I raised pf almost every hand.

It looks like an easy push (or call, but regardless I think you're committed). I mean, this is simply Villain's standard play, and you have TPTK.

I think there is actually a case to be made for calling, which goes something like this:

Villain isn't going to fold Qh2c, there isn't any card turn card that could fall that would get me to fold, and we wouldn't mind it if he pushed Qh6d on the turn, if all he has is air.

So if the turn was a 4th club, we'd call his all in?

I would. It sounds like this Villain likes to posture with any two, and we only have $3.70 left.

Edit: I wouldn't be happy if another club fell, of course, but I don't see how we can fold, getting 6:1, versus a player who could've been overbetting the flop with no pair, no draw, or bottom pair no draw, or a gutshot with no flush draw, etc., in addition to a strong made hand or a good draw.

Just for the record, if I did just call the flop (and I don't have a strong preference either way), I would push the turn if checked to, although I think getting checked to is unlikely (so most likely I'd be calling the turn instead).
