made a vid but...

I made a vid of 27T, 4 tabling, but the 45 min vid turned out to be 2.5 GB big! anyone teach me how to make it around 400mb like those vids on CR plz? I've done any search I could but just couldn't find any helpful articles. Anyone here who have made vid from Camtasia please help me? thx [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
