CAP AAxx 3-bet preflop - which flop to stick it in on
Sorry, only posting super-standard hands now...
I know you guys would like to raise the first time around, but I find it too hard to play in that situation, so I don't. Anyway, as played, do I bet the remaining $47 on any flop? What if both BB and Button call my reraise Full Tilt Poker Pot Limit Omaha Ring game Blinds: $1/$2 5 players Converter Pre-flop: (5 players) roggles is SB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 folds, Button calls, roggles calls, BB raises to $8, Button calls, roggles raises to $33, BB calls, Button folds. |

Re: CAP AAxx 3-bet preflop - which flop to stick it in on
i was thinking about this capped stuff earlier, and for 40bb's in a raised pot i can think of alot of boards i would be happy to stack off with just top pair and some random overcards, something like QJ97ss with a 923 rainbow i cant see me ever passing something like this so shallow

playing that shallow is about as appealing as playing NLHE, and as neither interest me i doubt i would be a winning player

If you limpreraise AA in a cap game, there's literally no flop you're not stacking off on. You may as well hold a cigarette pack up to the board and shove blind. Depending on the size of the pot and who you're playing, you generally almost always want to stack off on a 923 rainbow board with a hand like QJ97.

Are you sure you are going to be a winning player if you stack off s o light [/ QUOTE ] The point is that it's a +EV situation because of the pot odds you're getting when you're so shallow. You won't be a winning player if you don't stack off light there. |
