Marginal spot in 3bet pot
Villain is aggro, running at 24/21, he defends his blinds a lot and seems pretty aggro in 3bet pots although he hasnt shown anything down yet.

Who shoves flop and if so, what hands do u expect getting called by which we have good equity against? (I dont consider us in good shape versus FD + two overs or even one over). Who shoves turn and y? Finally who calls this river and who calls a blank deuce river? Id like to know what ranges u expect my actions on each street to be +EV versus if u can. Thx. |

Re: Marginal spot in 3bet pot
river is pretty marginal
depends on villain i guess but regardless of who it is its close either way pf and flop are standard, i like a call more than a shove if he can DB bluff obvi |

Re: Marginal spot in 3bet pot
I think it's a fold. This just looks like AA-JJ that feigned weakness on the turn. He felt like you would fold to a turn shove (which you probably would) and is trying to rep AK here. Against a good regular opponent I fold, against a donk I might call here.

Re: Marginal spot in 3bet pot
definitely marginal. i'm leaning toward a call as this is something in the AK/AQ/KQ range a lot. main thing is i don't see overpairs checking this turn often when the board is drawy as all [censored]. sucks if his AJ (or like T8s oh snap) hit and he's now valuebetting, but i really feel like a call is right here vs. this guy

Re: Marginal spot in 3bet pot
What about the rest of the hand - do u guys play some streets differently? I feel too weak in these 3bet pots against aggros.

Re: Marginal spot in 3bet pot
I think I shove the turn. As played, it's surely a fold, he doesn't valuebet worse and isn't bluffing enough to make this profitable. I'm thinking I get shown JQ+ here a lot if I call.
