In this type of situation - 3 handed, 2 medium stacks, one big stack - you want to try and bully the other stack as much as you can. If he is super aggro back, then so be it, it will probably be the person with the best hands who ends up heads up. This particular type of hand I would be raising 4-600 preflop and firing out an automatic continuation bet. Make sure that every blind he has, he has to work to keep.
