Any thoughts on PCS?

PCS got a 22% haircut on Friday, and as far as I can tell, it's because of LEAP restating their earnings.

It seems that PCS was in negotiations to acquire LEAP, but the bottom dropped out of talks at the beginning of the month. I would assume that would already be priced in: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/...n3441404.shtml

Basically, as far as I can see, the drop was unfounded, and could present a sweet buying opportunity tomorrow morning.

What am I missing here?
