UB withdrawal problems?

Is anyone else unable to withdraw from UB at the moment? I keep getting a message telling me to update my account details before I can withdraw. I do this, but keep getting the same message. I've sent three emails but no reply as yet. Should I be worried?

I can't log on, it wants me to validate my e-mail. They have yet to send me a validation code. It may be something to do with the last update (this AM?) I dont know.

I had the same problem.

Just do as it says. You might find that when you are updating them you missed something. They added a couple of fields in the account details and I missed them the first time I updated.

The withdrawl then took less than 24 hours.

Blitz, thanks. I had another look at my account details. I'd ignored the drop-down field for 'province/state' because I live in the UK and this is usually only for US citizens. They've altered it to include UK counties. I can now withdraw.
