I doubt he calls the 3bet w/ A7s or A2s all that often. And even when he does I think he will bluffshove this river extremley often with 77-JJ or KQ or whatever. At least I would.

Yeah, it's premium Aces you have to worry about (and there are more of those than premium pairs). But he has no particular reason to shove the turn, because you are unlikely to have any sort of draw. So like I said, it's read-dependent.
