Both are contributed. You will have to actually play the hand or be in one of the blinds in order to earn a portion of the rake. You can not just be dealt cards like at some other sites.

Prima and Eurobet are contributed. They are 2 contributed methods, one is weighted and one is where you are paid based on entering a minimum amount to the pot.

I know Eurobet works on the latter method so if you pay the small blind for example you will get averaged in equally with the rest of the players that end up seeing the flop. I believe Prima is the same method, although I'm not 100% sure about Prima.

Are you sure that Eurobet is minimum contribute? I've been told by several sources that Eurobet is "full contribute". Prima is minimum contribute though.

Is there a chart anywhere where you can see what kind of rake (contributed or not) is best and what % at one method would match % at the other methods?
Perhaps a chart based on how often you see a flop?

I have never thought about this (didn't even know about it in fact) but it seems to be a very important factor to consider when you chose where to play and perhaps all the fancy high percentages you see advertised for everywhere are not that fancy after all....

This is the reply I got from Eurobet when I asked a while back: "As long as a player contributes to the pot he will gain an equal share of the rake."

sites like absolute and the cryptos the rake is dealt cards...as long as your dealt cards you get your share of the rake. As to the charts...it would really depend how much you bet and how often etc....I would think the dealt cards is probably the best out there..HOWEVER...sites like betholdem and battlefield who are contributed offer a higher percentage...probably ends up being the same.
