I would definitely bet the turn and (without a read) fold if he checkraises. Call a chraise if he's a frequent. bluffer. At $0.05/$0.10 players in general are loose/passive and are going to call you with very weak hands so you need to value bet a lot. QQ is a monster and you should play it accordingly.
