I think you should raise more preflop, this gets rid of more holdings which will have a king in, or an ace. You dont want Ax Kx hands seeing a flop for cheap when you have queens. Raise to like $4. Dont minraise preflop.

Could be a set here, maybe 7's which got there, could be a value bet for 99 1010 etc.
