I bet the flop, turn, and river. People will often jam the flop with a K and a worse flush draw.

Just did my first 24 tabling session of 25NL Full Ring... Was up 150 at one point but ended up only +50.50
Final Stats 3030 hands, I ran a super nitty 9.5/6.
