Using auto-shufflers for limit holdem games you should get about three or four more hands per hour. I got this number several years ago from the consensus of several dealers, floor, and middle management people where the machines were already in heavy use.

Since then most trusted opinions seem to support this number.

The faster the game is the more difference there is (as the dealer would be shuffling more in a fast game). In LA it would make the most difference because those games are so much faster than say Mississippi.
