I am a tourney donk. I was pretty sure I was up against AA or KK when the UTG limper reraised so know it was time to fold. Any thoughts on how to improve play AQo in situations like these instead of just coldcalling.

I dont see how you can flat the 900 out of position against 3 players. You have to raise in an attempt to isolate or fold. As played, no brainer fold.
