Default overpair multi-way vs. insta-shove on flop

villain #1 is 32/4/1(73), villain #2 is 48/20/2.63(69). villain #2 shoves instantly on the flop.

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

Jade RedStone (BTN): $201
a breath of air (SB): $332.70
AssOfBase (BB): $163
tomitivo (UTG): $214.50
asbant (MP): $158.40
BnHpoker (CO): $224.80

Pre-Flop: J J dealt to a breath of air (SB)
tomitivo folds, asbant calls $2, BnHpoker calls $2, Jade RedStone folds, <font color="red">a breath of air raises to $12</font>, AssOfBase folds, asbant calls $10, BnHpoker calls $10

Flop: ($38) 6 8 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">a breath of air bets $28</font>, asbant calls $28, <font color="red">BnHpoker raises to $212.80 and is All-In</font>, a breath of air ???

I'd call.. He's got a sick high AF for playing so many hands, and we don't have to be right all that often with all the money already in the pot.
