[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Yet Ungar dies from it and he lives on. What an unfair world. [/ QUOTE ] what are you talking about? I live in Vegas and and from all accounts Ungar was well known as a huge douchebag too. [/ QUOTE ] Clearly, this makes you an expert on the subject matter. [/ QUOTE ] well considering that I am in poker rooms daily and hear stories about the guy regularly from people who knew him quite well-- yeah, I guess you could consider me pretty knowledgeable... |

I usually do a good job of recording PAD, but not this week and I found myself not missing it that much. This thread, however, makes me want to watch if only to see what Mr. Boston looks like. Thank goodness there is the director's cut show tomorrow.

[ QUOTE ] Boston was made a 3-2 favorite in the winner-take-all event. Boston and Leroy's combined to put up $30,000. Crow is backed by betnine.com for $20,000. [/ QUOTE ] I don't know much about sportsbetting, but would he even have a 3-2 edge against completely random selections. [/ QUOTE ] I doubt it. |

I mean seriously. He is good to a lot of friends in Vegas and he really talked me out of my down when I was losing my nuts live in Vegas. It just feels so wrong to talk [censored] about him.
Who cares how the [censored] his eyes look. Who cares he swears a lot. You should just respect what he achieved. |

Well i understand where you're coming from, I had the same thoughts when I first met him. The first he did was challenge me to a 10k last longer in any stud event. I was like wtf.. i dont even know you.
But I dunno we went to bbq party at his place with some people from the wynn, and he is just really nice. I'm more talking about him outside of poker than on the tables. |
