It's coming along OK I guess. Much less alcohol, more working out. But the food. Man I love food so much, that is admittedly the most important part of the diet and I've mostly stopped ordering food out of a window (aka drive-thru) and made some other small changes but it still hasn't improved a whole lot.

Also, the reason for no lunch is that I had a bowl of soup from Safeway (I have to admit, for a grocery store their hot soups are pretty tasty) around 10AM and thus won't be eating again for a few hours. I'm not starving myself.

It's kind of gray and rainy here today and it put me in the mood for some breakfast food. So I made 3 eggs over easy, bacon, hash browns and toast.

I had siracha beef at a thai place that is next to my office. It was sublime.
