any read besides stats? seems like he almost always has 99/55 and maybe something like J9s or QTs, but i dont think he turns the QT into a semibluff.

if that is all correct then you should fold

one more thing, if you have been crazy, since he is a reasonable regular it seems by stats, maybe stack off here, he could have KJ/AJ if you're perceived as a bully

my image is around 22/19/4.5 and i c-bet and make moves post flop a lot.

Blech. Probably a fold. There really aren't many hands with which this is a semibluff and he basically can't be bluffing with the donk in the hand. Only thing that may make this a call is the fact that villain could be trying to isolate the donk with something like kj. I still probably fold.

on an aside, it's generally too ambitious to think he's smart enough to do this while SIMULTANEOUSLY "knowing" that you'd be "smart" enough to lay your hand down
