Raise. For one SB the limpers can correctly call with overs or even a gutshot (assuming some implied odds), they are incorrect for 2SB. Call a 3-bet and dump to a bet if unimproved on turn.

i think i peel the flop, see what the limpers do, look at the turn card, and maybe donk if it's safe.

Call. Value of your hand is far more dependent on the turn than how many opponents you face.
Limpers and raiser are probably partially dominating eachother anyway so not much point getting a sub-set of them to fold. You get better value and keep the implieds up by having the limpers call. This is backed by the pokerstove figures above (I think??) if they are to be believed.
