Re: NL400 villian takes wtf line
Some thoughts. IMO your raise on the flop is too big. I can see a call here as well vs some players, but raise smaller in general. Also, unless he seems "tricky fishy without a clue" this is not a T so often as people here say IMO. His line does not make much sense for a T (bet call flop+lead turn like a girl). I agree with the poster who wrote that this can be A2 type of hand and since Hero did not raise turn our line is obviously never a T either, which makes me belive he would valuebet worse/bluff enough for this to be a call

Re: NL400 villian takes wtf line
Your preflop raise is too much. Don't try to get this guy to fold a PP, he'll call with a PP very often.
I pretty much snap the river. |

Re: NL400 villian takes wtf line
I use this equation to determine villain's hand strength.
Small Lead + Strength on later street + Donk = Monster. Ofc its not true all the time, but I usually fold marginal holdings vs. that line. |

Re: NL400 villian takes wtf line
48 is a PSB on flop so whats wrong with that, how can that not acheive the same results. 77 is HUGE overkill, Id probably make it $40-$48

Re: NL400 villian takes wtf line
Oh Oops,
but still $48 is a fine bet. Not putting in more than $58 |
