Default $100NL: OESD hits a pair, but faces resistance

Villain is 30/17/3 over 180 hands. He has been taken down a good amount of pots without getting to showdown, and his bluff has been picked up once by another player (TAG) who had TP for a full stack.

Do I 3bet the flop here? As played, how do I proceed on the turn?

I'd probably just call the turn, even though the bet looks so weak. You're hand's pretty disguised so if the villain has a hand he'll happily pay you off.

I wouldn't 3bet this flop unless I was willing to go all in. I can't see this villain folding TP.

Flop is good. I call turn. On the river if we don't improve... I'll call a really small bet or might even bluff on a high card if im on tilt.

Call turn. Flop could go either way, depends on how aggressive he tends to be postflop without the initiative.
