I totally disagree with the whole moving up to solve the current US dollar problem. CDN dollar moved up 28% this year, moving up stakes is usually a 100% increase in risk/reward.

BR management will trump currency concerns every time in my book.

the dollar is low... we just don't notice in our day to day life because inflation is pretty low.
