Default 25NL - KQo on A K T - how would you have played it?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed)

Hero ($41.90)
MP ($4.40)
Button ($19.25)
SB ($15.70)
BB ($32.15)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.75</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $0.75, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($1.85) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, Button checks.

Turn: ($1.85) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $0.75</font>, Hero calls $0.75.

River: ($3.35) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks,

Would you call any bet up to pot on river?

How much would he have to bet for you
1) to call?
2) to fold?

1. state whether you have a read or not
2. get into the habit of raising at least pot pf, raising 3x is weak.
3. bet the flop, you have him beat most of the time on this board other times you have ~16% equity

the way you played it I guess I'd c/c anything upto 3/4 pot, anything more and I fold.
