Re: TPGK, bad flop
I usually 3 bet or fold pf because we are oop, but thats just me. As played, I think I raise this flop for value, protection and information. If he shoves over us we can get away from it and have a better idea where we stand than by just calling down.

Re: TPGK, bad flop
Whyze
'donk' means bet out correct? If so, how much would you bet and why? Also, how do you respond to a raise? Profish If you re pop preflop and he flat calls what is your plan on the flop? Considering the abmount of money in the pot at this point, if he raises or calls you on the flop do you totally rule out the possibility he has AA, KK, TT or AK and take your TPGK to the felt? |

Re: TPGK, bad flop
TBH, I probably fold this pf against an unknown UTG raise, but if I was going to play, I 3 bet it mostly. If he calls my raise pf, I like a bet of ~1/2 pot on flop, just like I would do with pretty much anything I have here. If he calls that, I probably c/c turn depending on bet size and c/f river. I dont see villain getting to this river too often and then betting with anything that we beat. If I check turn and he checks behind, and then the river blanks and he bets I call btw.

[/ QUOTE ] you cant let the turn go check check with 3 to a flush on the board. You will get value from a worse K, A high fd, some underpairs with a heart. As played I would put you on the Ah, and bet alot of hands. I think you need to call here. I think donking the turn is better than folding, and folding is better then c/c. |
