Sorry about the length here. I think it gives an great picture of the 5 hands that mattered most in this tourney. I went out pretty early but don't really know what else I could've done.

Re: FTOPS 1 - 5 hands
Hand 1: Given villains line and the field in these things, i really want to 60% pot value bet the river.
Hand 2: Bet a bit more on the turn so the river shove is more natural. I like your flop check in this spot though. Hand 3: Just lead this turn. If he doesn't have an A he won't bluff this card as much as you think, if he does you get more money by leading, and his most likely holding is a draw which you need to make pay. As played, must call river. Hand 4: Pre flop seems close to me here given stacks. What had he been min raising with? Post flop seems fine unless you have reason to believe you can value jam river. Hand 5: With deeper stacks i like to lead this flop. Considering how short you are i think check shoving is good. |

Re: FTOPS 1 - 5 hands
Thanks Both of you.
HAND 1: Villan Shows Js8s - 2pair. I agree with the 60% value, but this was the 6th hand of the tourney so I didnt want to play a big pot until stats kicked in. HAND 2: SB Calls w/ 66 ... Hes a donk and I knew it by OPR stats, goes out early way to often. HAND 3: Villan shows Ac 2c for nut flush. I agree w. check turn mistake. But given his stack and it was an A w. nut flush draw, I think he calls a shove here. Im still in. Phew. HAND 4: Villan shows KK for slow played Kowboys.... Hand 5: Button is Same Villan as Hand 4. SB shows 24o and Button shows As4s for flush ... ugh Its over. THanks guys |

Re: FTOPS 1 - 5 hands
Wrote this without seeing the replies.
Hand 1: I like but value bet river Hand 2: Check flop is fine, but I bet this a % of time dependant on image etc, bet more on turn so you don’t need to ob the river. Hand 3: I don’t like, I lead here a % and cr a % pending read etc. I also check raise a little small maybe to 650. I definitely lead this turn. If I got to the river as u did, check call looks good. Hand 4: I call the turn and and call a river bet on this board vs villain, if he checks I probably bet for value. Hand 5: is fine. |

Re: FTOPS 1 - 5 hands
Hand 2: How is shoving over the CO raise? Theres about 10% of our stack in the pot, he's probably raising a fairly wide range, and we might fold the best hand on a lot of flops. That make sense?
