Fold. After he calls your re-raise his range is pretty much AQ+, 88+ and probably a few SCs sometimes. I doubt he'll check-raise the flop with anything you beat.

Easy fold. You say yourself that he is passive. A passive guy that check raises is often VERY strong. I think he has AA/KK here. And furthermore, what are you beating in his range? Only 66/77/88 basicly, rest has you crushed.

Fold please, villain is way to passive to not have you beat here. I think he has 1010+ here almost always. No idea if he would play a flush draw like this, but being so passive I doubt he would.
