Yes. Check the read:

If SB comes over the top with a 3-bet, it's an easy fold. If SB coldcalls, it's an interesting situation, but since you're closing the action, you can probably call and see what happens on the river.

I call the flop and make a decision on the turn between calling down and folding..

given your line, I bet the turn and probably bet/fold the river since this guy looks donkish
