I am currently 15-tabling and this may seem very controversial, but I tend to play QQ weak and conservative during the first levels.
I would probably even not 3bet in this spot either - 1. because it's an unknown UTG raiser and 2. because I have to much confidence in my late stage-play to get myself in to trouble early on w/ a big percentage of my stack. QQ and JJ is technically probably just about the same hand for me in the two first levels. |

You could probably also get more out of TT and AQ. |

Call me weak but I really think that's the right play. Of course I pick my spots now and then, but in 8 out 10 situations I'm potcontrolling to the maximum. Constantly awkward spots in the 10/20-level is a big leak, except if you're a surgeon. |

I can't see putting in 300 with the intent to fold to a shove in any situation really, and in this spot I call always vs an unknown but I'm not overly excited.

Instacall vs unknown.
As played, fold vs strong regular. But...good players don't usually open for 100 here. Oh, and yeah, don't threebet the strong players, like somebody said. |
