I don't mind at all answering the same questions 15 times to some kids that didn't read the FAQ that encourages the use of the search function.

It's only the questions that basically ask "can you be my google secretary and find this for me, b/c while I know it's not 2+2 content, I don't feel like searching the internet for it!" is another...
