You gotta raise here and try to get it in so that you can get value from TP type hands that are likely to freeze if the fourth heart comes. If you elect to just call and you hit a heart on the turn, what's going to pay you off apart from the king or queen of hearts?

i think you mostly get a caller with you if you raise, but it does give you some fe and probably allows you to get a free river card on the turn quite a lot.

disadvantages
-one player might shove which would be annoying, but i think it's fairly unlikely for a player to bet a set this weakly on this flop meaning we're probably only worried about flopped flushes.
- our implied odds on a call might be sick good and we probably don't help them by raising.
