100NL bad preflop? good flop?
Live 100NL 2/3 game.
Villain is relatively shortstacked with about $60. No reads other than villain seems weak. Preflop: UTG+1 limps, UTG+2(Hero) limps with K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], MP2(villain) raises to $10, folds to me, I call Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I check, villain bets $15, I push I question my flop call even though it's only $7 more into a $21 pot ($5 will be raked so really $16 pot). I figure villain for Ax or mid pair. My play was to pot the flop if no Ace came. When I hit TPGK, I figured if I could get him to bet even a small amount, I could pot commit him. Thoughts? |
