Default second nut flush

Flopped the second nut flush, but was met with aggression. Hadn't played with either player much, but they both seemed typically loose-passive.

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (9 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero calls, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, MP3 raises, 3 folds, BB calls, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (8.40 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, MP3 calls, BB folds, Hero 3-bets, UTG+1 caps, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (10.20 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero...

Also, UTG+1 had only 2.5BB left in stack by turn. So is there merit in continuing to raise and trying to win a side pot with MP3 (who I presumed didn't have the nut flush due to passiveness)?

1st to say fold PF.

Bet/3b turn slow down on river if capped (edit: oh don't worry bout this, just read UTG+1 was short stacked, if that's the case just keep jamming)

I'd fold this guy preflop.

As played, I'd c/r the flop.

On the turn, I also want to c/r. Try to get MP3 caught between the two raisers.

Heh, I know it was a bit of a goofy call PF but it was a fairly loose table and the last hand of my session (which isn't exactly a good reason but y'know...)

Oh everytime I play the last hand of my session I win, so that's a good 'enough reason for me. One of the times I did it I flopped a straight flush. Too bad villain slowplayed the nut flush.

C/R turn and call down if 3-bet. Bet/3bet wouldn't be a bad line, but I feel you'd really be in trouble if you got capped, so that wouldn't be a good thing.

Yup, he's shortstacked, he could be playing a lone hearts flush draw. MP3, like what you said, seems passive. He could be holding big overcards, or some mid-big pair.

Just lead out on the turn. But slow down if another heart hits the river.

:g:

fold pre-flop

the fact that UTG+1 has only 2.5BB changes everything. i'd check raise the turn to sandwich MP3 and cap if he calls utg+1 3bet (2 and a half actually haha)
