Default QQ 3bet on flop NL50 6max

How do you play this preflop and postflop?

SB: 22 usd
BB: 52 usd
UTG: 55 usd (TAG)
CO: 23 usd (45/26/5,5/52)
Button, Hero 52 usd with Qs, Qh

UTG limps 0,5, CO bets 3, Hero calls 3, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls 2,5

pot:9,75 flop: 7d Jd 2s

UTG bets 5, CO raises 12, Hero raises 21

Is it standard, or too aggressive?

Against someone with those stats, you absolutely have to reraise preflop. You're way ahead of his range and want to isolate him rather than play a multiway pot.

As played, yuck. Either of their bets could represent a set, a flush draw or AJ, and while we probably fear UTG more than CO, we definitely can't rule out CO having AA/KK. The problem with your small raise is that UTG can call with a flush draw and feel confident CO will call, which gives UTG explicit odds of about 4:1. On the whole, you need to push all in (your call puts $39 in the pot and you're pushing $40) or fold.
