Villian has TAG stats (12/12) But has shown he knows Push/Fold poker and is probally pushing ATC here with the sitter in the BB. Given the sitter in the BB his calling range is 0 since he's a "sitter".

Yeah definitley call. It sucks that you are either flipping or occasionally dominated 100% of the time but you are extremely short and there are extra chips in from the BB. Flipping is good here.
