Villain was 35/35/2.5 after 30 hands. A few hands earlier, villain open raised $7 and I bet $21. He called and check/folded to my $20 flop bet. My reraise to $12 was to try to mix it up and keep the pot small.

If you're trying to keep the pot small, flat his raise. Minraising just bloats the pot and doesn't tell you anything about his hand.
On the flop, it's probably not bad, but folding to his c/r isn't horrible. You're not in great shape against many hands in his range. |

Why are you 3bettin a (basically) unknown light with 77? And then you meet resistance on a rag flop, and decide this is the right time to shove? Any hand that calls has you crushed or is flipping (combo draws out there aswell).
So you have turned your hand into a bluff in a 3bet pot. What makes you think you can get him off his TT, JJ or w/e ? I dont like it. As played, fold to his reraise on the flop |
