yeah pretty bad, once he calls the turn when the diamond comes on the river he's not folding.

I think this play is too risky, guess the rivershove is ok, but the flop and turn moves are not the best since many hands in his ranges have kings and aces.

The river bluff needs to work atleast 35% of the time to show any profit here.

Come on, he can be almost twice as likely to have a flush draw as a King and a river bet shows a profit.

But how many 17/14's are calling this turn w/ a "stubborn K"?

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't know. I do know that he doesn't have to do it very often.

Not that it matters, but he didn't have diamonds.

diamonds arent the only draw that hit though. 45s is also a signifigant part of his range, and are you sure he wouldnt always shove AK on the turn? and my point was, if he calls the turn with a bare K, hes not folding it on the river - your stack size is no good for this line

45s is not "significant" 4 combos total, weighted to 1-2 combos given his line. And I can't imagine him calling the river with a bare King, but maybe you're right.

I don't like it. If you're going to take a stab c/r flop and follow up on the turn with some frequency. Stacksizes are not good for following up on the river and the fact that the flush completed doesn't make up for the fact that the bet is only 1/2. Besides if he had a fd himself it's now completed.

agreed

If I bluff this flop, I will almost certainly bluff this turn, but I give up on the river.
