Question about getting cat.

Living in the city I definatly never let my cat out. I got a pretty expensive cat too wich will get stolen if he runs out. Cat's can stay perfectly inside without them bothering, if they are cept that way their whole life

Cats have plenty of things to enjoy inside, unless you live in a place approximately the size of a dorm room, in which case I guess you do have to let it outside, but in that case just don't get a pet. And if you get two cats, they can play with each other.
