Absolutely agree that they should have dialogue with you.
It seems possible that FT is going to tell Mike not to disclose very much of what they tell him because they don't want to reveal too much about their super-secret bot-detection abilities. So they will likely insist that he keep you in the dark as well.

but instead of telling Mike more about what you did so that he can tell us I do think that FT owes you a lot more of an explanation and a dialogue than what they have given you.

If FT determined you were a bot due to your betting patterns then that strikes me as ultra-weird because I don't think such a thing is possible really.
So for them to even SAY that they made this determination via your betting-patterns leaves me questioning their detection procedures.

Can we collect some of these HH's and see if there is anything unusual or eye-catching in the stats?
Who has played with this player and who has data on her?

So Crazy Mike said she wasnt a bot, but then we have FTP locking and then confiscating the account for using botting software (im assuming thats what they mean, their wording is a little vague IIRC).

Something does not sit right here - i smell conspiracy but i might be wrong. This wouldnt be the first case where Mike has wrongly accused someone of botting using his 100% guaranteed method (which has failed a few times) and that person had his account reinstated if memory serves me.

Does anyone not think its strange for FTPDoug to come here talking about how when people don't get a hold of them such as credit card processors and possible colluders that investigations take longer all the while implying that this is the reason this took so long without communication. Then all of a sudden its case closed shes a bot no explanation except to some irrelevant mod of a message board who was not affected in any way by the situation.

I cannot fathom how a serious money generating business like this can function doing things like this?? Is this the twilight zone or am I dreaming??

Not sure if it would be appropriate to post a request in the appropriate forum asking for HH's played against you. I think you play high-stakes limit but mabe it's NL. Anyway, that might be something to think about as well.
If you play high stakes limit then perhaps PM a moderator there such as BicycleKick and see if he thinks it's worth cross-posting your request to that forum.
