Default Overpair on monotone flop, 25 NL

Villain is a 35/15/8.5 (!!) over 30 hands and I'd seen him do some rather stupid things.

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $21.95
BB: $19.95
UTG: $36.20
Hero (MP): $21.25
CO: $18.70
BTN: $27.60

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP)
Hero raises to $1, 2 folds, SB calls $1, BB folds, UTG calls $0.75

Flop: ($3.10) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
UTG folds, Hero bets $2.50, SB calls $2.50

Turn: ($8.10) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $6, SB raises to $12, Hero?

I would obviously fold turn against a more reasonable opponent, but do I get it all in against this one?

I would probably still fold seeing as how small a sample 30 hands is. Im not saying he is going to end up being a nit, but Im not sure stats alone here dictate a call. What were those stupid things you have seen him do? Have you seen him do stuff similar to this before? If you have then it obviously changes everything.

How are you acting before the sb on flop and turn?

as played i probably fold here. rarely have i ever seen that min raise happen with a hand worse than an overpair.

however, i'd say bet 3 on the flop, bet 9 on the turn, and then your decision is a hell of a lot easier because if my quick math is correct a min raise on the turn would be all in.

Urgh same thing happened to me earlier today, 337 board, I Cbet ~1.5 into 1.5 pot, with jacks, turn is a 9, I bet pot donk reraises and I shove, villain has 99.

I dont think you see this line much with villain showing down worse than a set/2pr, unless they are lagro to the max.

this is a clear fold and it's not even close. note that villain's AF is 8.5 and he called the flop. likely he has a made hand b/c most decent LAG's will generally raise vulnerable hands a lot on the flop and when one calls the flop I'm much more inclined to believe their hand was already made. your line here is fine except maybe bet $5 on the turn as it will get the same effect but cheaper.

Why do we want to bet $5 on the turn? Yes its cheaper, but its cheaper for villain too. I think the largest part of villains range on the flop is a big diamond so wouldnt we want to bet larger, not smaller?
