Level 1, AK, one player all-in, call?
I lost my chips chasing the nut flush draw in a 6-way pot.
I havnt seen any hands from MP2, but he is playing somewhere around 50%-80% of his hands i would guess. He gained his chips by betting someone out of a pot. CO is playing a little to many hands, but nothing über fishy. He has shown down one hand, he flopped trips and minbet all streets into 4 oppoinents. In other words, both players are FISH. The buy-in is 1.10$. It's a freezeout tournament. PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) MP2 (t1720) MP3 (t1850) CO (t1630) Button (t1590) SB (t1530) BB (t1010) Hero (t1060) UTG+1 (t2000) MP1 (t1530) Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero raises to t80, 2 folds, MP2 calls t80, 1 fold, CO raises to t1630, 3 folds, Hero?? Thanks for you're help, if you guys need any info, let me know. |

I couldn't fold AK PF in a $1 tournament pretty much ever. I seriously doubt he'd shove AA/KK like this, so you should be ok.

AI with joy, and then sorrow when he hits his Jack.

this is AA/KK like never, even against a rock, you could very very easily have him drawing to 3 outs here, call.

Re: Level 1, AK, one player all-in, call?
Thanks for replys guys.
I did call. CO had QQ, MP2 had KJ(!!). I pokerstoved it. i was 34% in a threeway pot. I guess it's odds i'll take any day in this scenario. Oh well, didnt hit anything and it sucks butt to be out after 12 hands. But i'm glad to know i made the right play. And yeah Hattifnatt, i expected a table with top pro's as well. Thank's for you're help guys. |

I did call. CO had QQ, MP2 had KJ(!!). [/ QUOTE ] KJ is the nuts at low buy-ins, man. If that's the worst hand you've seen all-in preflop for 75+ BB, you just haven't played enough of these tournaments. |
