Re: 3/6 nl aaj minraised on flop
Why do you think he won't raise the flop with a one pair hand? Either way, as played this seems fine, he has 3/4 of a buy in and we have TPGK against a guy whose range is infinite.

Re: 3/6 nl aaj minraised on flop
C/fing the turn here sucks vs this guy. He probably thinks A3o is the nuts here.

Re: 3/6 nl aaj minraised on flop
As far as his having AK, no.
Agreed that this guy is going to the grave with pretty much any decent Ace, meaning AT/A9s/AJ are all within his range here. Add in random stupid hands, and factor in his stack size, and getting it in is fine. |

Re: 3/6 nl aaj minraised on flop
I'm with you. The problem is I've lost enough of these hands against these players that I'm starting to reconsider.
In this hand he had a7. Did some checking in pt where the hand went to showdown and the flop was checkraised by folks at 70 vpip and above: 7 times 2pr or better 6 times flush draw 2 times overpair 1 time TOp TOp 1 time tp mk 1 time bluff that hit tp on turn Still kinda mixed on this one but think that reup is probably correct. Flop Minraise followed by turn action is a strong play by these players and that they tend to call down with medium strength one pair hands but not raise. |
